Minden Village was a thirteen building shopping center set on eight acres of prime real estate in downtown Minden, Nevada. This dirt lot needed a master plan to bring its potential to life. The final product included a 20,800 sq foot boutique grocery store, ice cream parlor, convenience store, coffee house, restaurant and 4,154 sq foot bank as well as offices. There were 82,678 sq feet of total building space with 336 parking spaces.
