Redhill Business Park was originally built in the 70's and had maintained the original facade. A new owner had a different vision and asked us to update and subdivide the existing 77,722 square feet resulting in cutting back the front and splitting the building into individual units. In the end, we have him twelve suites zoned commercial/industrial and ranging from 4,800 sq ft to 6,100 sq ft. for a new total of 62,600 sq feet. Each space included offices at the front, a bathroom, warehouse off the back with roll up doors for access.
