Rich Farm Ice Cream was a small business owners dream turned into reality. This 1,494 sq foot tenant improvement required efficiently utilizing the space to include all the clients needs while incorporating Orange County Health Department kitchen requirements for equipment, refrigeration and finishes. The build out included a back-of-house equipment room, front-of-house ice cream prep area, cashier station, ADA compliant bathroom and customer seating.
