Influenced by the homeowners love of their favorite vineyard in Napa, this passion project brought a new influence to this cookie cutter community. Located in Orange County and set among rows of Spanish style track homes, we wanted the exterior to stand out from the crowd. Drought resistant landscaping was incorporated into the design to create a cohesive look.
